Dan's responsibilities include research and analysis, deal sourcing, transaction execution, and partner company operations management. Dan brings a diverse background from business management consulting, entrepreneurial, and military roles. Prior to joining Fox Three Partners, Dan worked in the Automotive and Industrial Group of Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), focusing on corporate performance improvement, turnarounds and restructuring projects. Before A&M, he co-founded and successfully exited a health tech company at the forefront of non-pharmacological interventions for autonomic regulation, collaborating with medical professionals. Prior to his business career, Dan served for 12 years as a Navy Special Operations Explosive Ordnance Disposal officer.
