Process:
  • Fox Three and the operating executive discuss industry and investment thesis
  • If a mutual fit exists, search criteria and action plan is developed
  • Fox Three and the operating executive commence search efforts
  • The operating executive will be involved in every stage of the transaction
  • Using the JETS Business Operating System, detailed growth plan development occurs during diligence to ensure smooth transition and establish the road map for post-close growth
  • ​Post-close, the operating executive becomes CEO

Desired operating executive attributes

These are attributes that are "nice to have" or "icing on the cake" but by no means disqualify veterans that don't possess them.
  • C-Level experience
  • Experience in a leadership position in a private-equity owned company
  • ​​A deep understanding of a particular industry
  • Experience in integrating acquisitions
